Bathroom Makeover
The larger bathroom had vinyl flooring and old stained fixtures. It was not an area one would spend a lot of time.
Solution: We ripped out all the fixtures, tiled the floor with natural rock, re-sheetrocked, tape and floated, painted and then installed updated fixtures. The result was a bathroom with clean lines and a freshing modern feel.
The smaller bathroom didn't exist, resulting in an overused single bathroom which was located towards the back of the house.
Solution: We added on this second bathroom to the house provided easy access from the living room. It was completed with natural tile, painted and reboxed. Moderm fixtures and nice lighting was added. It provides facilities for guests while keeping the primary bathroom for the occupants.
